Return Policy

We want you to be happy with every Mach order. If something's not right, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligible Items

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

3. How to Return

Contact our support team via email or phone to initiate a return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or unsealed supplement containers. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
